  Kosovo region as an independent and integrated
  engineering and cost consultancy
• Our strategy for success is based upon pairing international
  consulting & construction industry veterans with local talent.
  Both Union Companies have dedicated a senior director to
  lead our local staff & efforts at the local site level.

  to the conceptual phase of a project, to the detail design
  phase, tendering, through to construction and facility
  maintenance phases

• Our services are offered as a complete package or
  individually and we often merge into our client’s
  organizations acting as a joint entity. We are presently
  leading and transferring know-how to all teams (developer,
  contractor, designers) of the largest commercial project
  underway in Prishtina Kosovo (see slide #6 for project info)
