First IKEA store in Bulgaria to cover 30.000m2 on three levels, with 1.300 parking spaces in one basement. The project is being executed in accordance to strict guidelines and specifications described in the IKEA Systems Manuals for Housemarket S.A. Project and Construction Management services included issuing all levels of design through local subcontractors, undertaking all permitting processes, managing the construction tender and leading all site supervision and coordination tasks. Supervision services included: Pre and Construction Phase Duties required by Bulgarian Legislation, Protocols, Acts, Reports, Support for issuing Operation Permit, Energy Efficiency audit, monitoring, evaluation.
